ReputationZilla was founded in 2019 by Omar Al-Rashid after witnessing firsthand how a single unfair negative review could devastate a business. What started as a small consultancy helping Dubai-based companies navigate Google review disputes has grown into a full-service reputation management agency trusted by businesses, healthcare providers, law firms, restaurants, and public figures across the globe.
In 2021, we expanded to Singapore to serve the rapidly growing Asia-Pacific market, doubling our team and expanding our content removal division. By 2023, we had processed over 10,000 review removal cases with a 98% success rate on policy-violating content.
